AAROGYA-The Health and Wellness Club

Aim: Creating an enabling environment in the school to ensure an ambience of wellness and fostering preventive health care.

OBJECTIVE: -
  1. Act as resource centre for the overall well being of students.
  2. To inculcate in the students, healthy and positive ways of living
  3. To screen, diagnose and impart health counseling services to the students.
  4. To teach the techniques of yoga and meditation from an early age.

Indradhanush-The visual & performing art club

Aim: To showcase the talent of the students.

OBJECTIVE: -
  1. Identify the talent of the students.
  2. Communicate their thoughts and ideas through visual and performing arts.
  3. Explore through the processes of visual and performing art acquire and develop skills.
  4. Experience and develop curiosity, interest and enjoyment in their own creativity and that of others.
  5. Create visual and performing art work.
  6. Guide and encourage students to perform.

Dharohar-The Heritage Club

Aim: To create awareness and a sense of belongingness among students & inculcate in young minds a feeling for heritages.

OBJECTIVE: -
  1. To inculcate a sense of appreciation towards the glorious heritage of our country.
  2. To encourage the students to preserve, maintain & treasure our culture.
  3. To enhance knowledge in traditional craft skill which are relevant to revitalization & ecological sustainability.
  4. To inspire & encourage students to build a future through an understanding of the past.
  5. To equip children to understand & explore their local heritage & gain confident sense of self.

4G Club-(Green Globe, Great Globe ) ECO CLUB

Aim: To follow the three R's - Reduce, Reuse and Recycle, to grow more and more trees, to avoid the use of plastic bags; to use paper or cloth bags and to save water as it is precious.

OBJECTIVE: -
  1. To create awareness of biodiversity conservation and local environmental issues among school children.
  2. To create a clean and green consciousness among students through various innovative methods.
  3. To involve Eco-Club students in open-orientation programs in schools and public areas.

ABHIVAYAKTI - THE PERSON IN ME (LITERARY CLUB)

Aim: To help students identify their views and learn to locate the values, world views, assumptions expressed by others. This will develop good thinking skills.

OBJECTIVE: -
  1. To develop confidence.
  2. To enhance their ability to express their views.
  3. To help them realize the importance of good communication skills.
  4. Also to enhance overall personality development.

QUEST- THE SCIENCE CLUB

Aim: To develop student's awareness of and concern for scientific issues in personal, social, environmental and technological contexts.

OBJECTIVE: -
  1. To help students acquire basic knowledge of Science.
  2. To help students develop a scientific way of learning.
  3. To understand scientific knowledge through experiments.
  4. To cultivate an awareness of science, familiarization of students with science and research.
  5. To involve students in science activities and reinforce science concepts and methodology.
  6. To encourage student to participate actively in the activities organized by the Science Club.
